Before we talk about floor plans, materials, or numbers, it’s important that you understand how we work so that your home feels right from the very beginning and becomes a space that truly takes care of you.

If you don't own land, we'll help you find the right option. Once we've secured it, we'll conduct a thorough analysis: we'll assess toxicity levels, evaluate the natural environment, and handle all the necessary permits to ensure your home blends seamlessly into its surroundings.

We handle the entire project with meticulous attention to detail: liaising with the city council, conducting geotechnical and topographical surveys, obtaining permits and green certifications, and overseeing interior and exterior design. Everything is finalized before we begin, ensuring there are no surprises and that the budget is transparent from the start.

During construction, you stay in control with scheduled site visits and a clear follow-up protocol. Before handing you the keys, we test every system to ensure that everything works perfectly and meets all regulations.

Property Management

Environmental Analysis

Once we have secured the land, we analyze it to assess toxicity levels, the natural environment, and the necessary permitting processes.

Project

Contract; liaison with the city council, geotechnical study, topographical survey, building permit, project development, green certificate, interior and exterior design plans, final budget.

Construction

Service connections, construction commencement certificate, schedule of scheduled site visits.

Legalization and Delivery

Before handing over the keys and processing the paperwork, the house is inspected to ensure that everything is in working order and up to code.
